Reseller Support Department access is reserved to those customers who:
- use our FractoCloud Linux Reseller Hosting Plans or FractoCloud Windows Reseller Hosting plans
- or a VPS or dedicated server
- or manage at least 50 domains
For higher security, the tickets in Reseller Support Department needs to be open from the client area; after a ticket has been opened, further correspondence may be exchanged about using normal email messages.
Reseller support is provided both in English and italian languages.
