In order to better satisfy our reseller's needs, we've set up a new Reseller Support Department, to which our customers can freely contact for any technical matter related to our services.

Reseller Support Department access is reserved to those customers who:
The ticket opened through Reseller Support Department will be managed with higher priority then ordinary tickets, and will grant to the the reseller that his issue will be managed by senior, high skilled consultants.

For higher security, the tickets in Reseller Support Department needs to be open from the client area; after a ticket has been opened, further correspondence may be exchanged about using normal email messages.

Reseller support is provided both in English and italian languages.
