All domain name registrations and renewals are non-refundable

If there is a trademark issue or copyright violation with the domain that has been recently registered, you can request DomainRegister unregister the offending domain name at any time; domain deletion, if possible, will be made free of charge: however, there will be no refund for this.

Failed domain transfer orders are refundable

If a domain transfer order fails, the price will be refund as "credit", eligible to pay any other order on DomainRegister.
