In case you need to move your domain or your service (hosting service, SSL certificate etc.) to another account with us, you need to raise a ticket to our support department.
In your ticket state clearly the domain(s) or service(s) to move and the receiving account by providing the following details:

  • owner’s name
  • email associated to that account.

After verifying your request, our support agent will ask to the gaining account to confirm your request, and then will move the domain(s) or service(s) to the other account and inform you about the completion of the process.
