Sectigo has made some improvements to its SSL certificates order management portal (now called the Validation Manager) and made it more easily accessible to the end-user.
Whenever you buy a Sectigo SSL certificate on DomainRegister, a link to access the Validation Manager will be included in the DCV (Domain Control Validation) or signer agreement email for each order.
From the Validation Manager, you (or the end-user) will be able to view all the validation steps necessary for the order and check on the status.
It will also be possible to:
- Resend DCV emails (*)
- Change the DCV method (*)
- Change the email address where the subscriber agreement forms are sent
- Re-send subscriber agreement forms
- Upload documentation to support Organization Validation (for OV and EV certificates)
(*) These operations are possible on your client area on DomainRegister too: you can choose to do them, when needed, wherever you like best: on Sectigo Validation Manager or on DomainRegister Client Area
