  • On this link, you must provide your domain name (or Order ID) and the Email address you provided in Admin or Technical contact details.

  • On the next page, you will see the brief order details and need to click on "Request Access"

  • Once you click on "Request Access", you will receive a link on your provided email address

  • This link will provide you an access to Vendor's Direct Portal for that particular order and you can request for a reissue from that portal.

    Please note that this link would remain valid only for 2 hours. So they must do a reissue within 2 hours itself or else, they will lose the control.
