Per effettuare debug di codice sui nostri server di hosting shared, l'utente può ricorrere ai seguenti accorgimenti:

  • inserire una pagina phpinfo
    Questa fornirà importanti e dettagliate informazioni sull'ambiente php, sulle librerie installate ecc.

  • Utilizzare lo strumento "errori" di cPanel
    Lo strumento in cPanel => Metriche => Errori fornisce in maniera riservata e protetta il log degli ultimi 200 errori riscontrati

  • Consultare il file error_log
    Il file, presente in ogni singola directory del sito ove vi siano script che hanno generato errore, riporta il log dettagliato ed esteso di tutti gli errori PHP
