As of January 1, 2014, ICANN  has mandated a new security rule, by which all WHOIS contact information for all new domain registrations and Registrant contact modifications has to be verified and confirmed.

The RAA Verification Process is mandatory in two cases: New Domain name registration, or if the Registrant contact information is updated.

Every time the Registrant contact is updated, an RAA verification email is sent to the new email address. The Registrant is required to confirm the address, clicking on a link included in the RAA verification email. The changes in Registrant's data will not be reflected on WHOIS until the RAA email is verified.

NOTE: If the new email address on the contact information has already been previously verified, a new RAA verification email is not needed and will not be sent.

the Registrant has 15 days to confirm; if confirmation is not given, the domain name will be suspended.

What if the Registrant email address is incorrect?
It's necessary to update it with a valid one, so a new RAA Verification email will be resent to the new address.

IIf the Registrant lost or cancelled this email, raise a support ticket: we'll sent a new RAA Verification email manually.
